After a nice weekend househunting with H, he went back to his hotel sunday night. We talked a little on the phone, then i went to bed. He called me later, said he couldn't sleep and was driving around.
I guess he was thinking, too, because then he said he was sorry for all the hurtful horrible things he did, and told me what a wonderful person i am and he cares about me a lot.
sorry.
amazing.
He said we could talk about it later, i told him we did not have to...i know how hard it was for him to do that, and i started almost shaking from relief and happiness and falling in love again.
I wish i could take back all the ranting and raving i did at him out of jealousy and anger. I can't, but i seriously have no desire to do it anymore [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com].
I can't wait for him to come home now!
What a good feeling.
------------------
for better or for worse, in sickness and in health, for richer or for poorer, till death do us part.

sometimes, things said, although they can't be unsaid, can be undone......this posting can only help with that process.

LWB -
I'm so happy for you and H!! I hope you can both move forward towards a wonderful and special marriage now that you know what it takes.
Please, do not feel badly for your outbursts. Don't minimize the pain - it was what it was and you reacted accordingly. It is good that he acknowledges it - so let him.
If you minimize anything - let it be the fear of working together to make your lives and marriage fulfilling for you both. Now that you have the tools from Dr Harley and whatever other sources you've discovered - you can share with H what needs to be in practice for a healthy and loving relationship.
Good Luck to you both and a big YAY!!!
Hugs,
Sheba
