I'm dying to find out.

Well I finally got around to getting on the computer. Had a lot of phone calls....lots of concerned friends.<P>Nothing much happened. We did NOT go before a judge. I think that that saved my stbx. He is now up to date on his child support. I will be receiving a check by next week for the court ordered utilities he did not pay. I will also be receiving a check for the phone (local services) that he has only paid once since November of 1999. <P>He though he was hot crap....thought he looked nice. He looked so different...I felt nothing for him.<P>His hair is so gray....he has gained so much weight....he looked angry...just didn't look like the man I loved.<P>According to visitation last night with the girls........he told them.....I was going to be arrested....he had all kinds of stuff to file on me.....and that he will be getting them back real soon.<P>They were so scared last night. Had a hard time getting them off to school today. Thought they were going to come home to him.<P>He showed up at work after the hearing....raised both arms in the air and said.........I successfully defended myself once again.......The man is nuts. Said to his co-workers that he is going to have me arrested and that they will throw away the key and then he will have his soon to be ex mother in law arrested too. My friend said he was acting so weird and that people were actually rolling their eyes.<P>I think he is losing it.....<P>Thanks for all the prayers.<BR>Nancy<P>

Mental,<P>Get people to document this for you. To show his frame of mind to the judge. If need be get your lawyer to have them do deposistions. Just keep track of everything. Have your children explain their fears. <P>More so keep up not reacting to him. Let him hang himself.

Mental...What is up with him? I hope other people in your divorce mess know what he's doing. I know he's made a big show of looking like he's the good guy and you're just crazy. Make sure you document EVERYTHING!!! Those poor babies! How can someone do that to their children? It's unimaginable to me. Take good care of yourself.
