Nellie1,<P>I hope you are finding help and are starting to accept what you cannot control. Life sucks sometimes, but it is better than being dead. Someday it will get better, so hang in there.<P>The real reason for my post is that you suggested a book, "Stop Walking on Eggshells"<BR>That book saved my mind, as I see my W on every page, and what I thought was crazy is not, just not me, but someone else's distorted perception of me.<P>Again, I want to thank you for sharing your pain and your readings with us here. I am so glad you found that book helpful. I saw a lot of my H in there as well. I had no idea before all this happened how prevalent depression, bi-polar, and BPD etc. are, nor how destructive to so many other people.
