Hi!
I am kind of in Plan B since there is no other plan that fits my situation. My H left me simply because he wants to pursue his own life. There's no infidelity or abuse in our relationship, so I don't think I can help if these things are in your relationship (but there are lots of others in this forum who can help). I've been in Plan B for about 2 months and I guess it is going OK. I can get through the night without crying and I don't need to take anti-depressants anymore, but I still miss him. If there is anger in your relationship, a strict Plan B is a good idea. You need your own private time to heal your own soul and release the pent up emotions. I guess my best advice is for you to leave your spouse in God's care and trust that whatever happens will be in your best interest although the benefit may not be immediately recognized by you.
Good Luck!
Karel

quote:
Originally posted by Josey:
Hello,
I belong to the Plan A/Plan B forum, but Jim diverted me to this forum for the following question?
Is anyone on Plan B, and if so, how's it going?
