Well, the good news, H, was home for the weekend, but the bad news is that he is gone..for another week...this life is so crazy...We did talk about everything and i found out he is scared to move to another job but will if it will help us, but he cant until after the new year. I'm so tired of this come-and -go...routine..our baby notices too...is it not possable to have a family and still work at decent hours.

Dawn,
It is possible but it has to be worked towards. I used to be a pharmacy technician. Hospitals have to be open all the time so I had to work rotating shifts. This wasn't too bad until we had children. It also made me have to work a lot of holidays. It got old real fast after that.
Now I'm a computer technician and I only work week days, no holidays or week ends. It's much better family wise but believe me I had to make some painful changes to get there.
The new year isn't far off, though all points seem to be distant when you're under stress. If your husband will make a change then, well, hold on and see what happens.
