Sorry for interrumping this conversation with Tim...
* I used to look (almost exactly) like this Mexican actor (what's his name?) that was locally famous for about 15 minutes in the 70's- 5'10", thin, 155 lb., brown eyes; hair USED TO BE a NATURAL combination of brown/redish/black/some gray since age 11- now mostly black/gray. Saw an interview of this actor a few months back- they found him in some grave or something; we still look kinda of similar, but he is like 200 lb. and flabby.
Wife USED TO look like Madona, now she looks like her but with the same weight than me (a few months ago she blame our marriage for the extra pounds, now she doesn't have excuses).
Current OP looks like a blond Robert De Niro in "Taxi Driver", while Former OP looks like De Niro's cousin in the same movie (hmm... wonder if this has something to do with De Niro or with cabs).
Alex

I'll be 45 in Nov. X turned 41 in April. My d will be 13 on 7-27 and my s is 9. In addition to us humans, there is Molly the cat, Pikachu, the hamster, and two unnamed outdoor goldfish.
I love participating in any/all sports ,particularly softball, and will occaisionally watch them on TV.
I like gardening of all types, and have a butterfly garden, strawberry patch, 3 appletrees, 3 grape arbors, a plum tree, and a small water garden, plus a vegetable garden I am losing to the wild animal in the area(something ate most of my corn plants already).
The kids and I live in Wadsworth, OH, the edge of civilization as it is all pretty rural till you get to Columbus, Oh. Its 15 mile w of Akron and 40 miles south of Cleveland. We've lived here 7.5 yrs. Prior to that we lived in Harrisburg, Pa. plus I lived in Omaha, Ne for 6 months that seemed like a decade.
Was borne and raised outside of Pittsburgh, PA so am a big Steeler, Pirate, and Penguin fan. I do route for the Indians, but hate the browns and all Philadelphia teams(sorry Medic or do you go NY/NJ ?)
I'm 5'10" weigh about 185. I have a brown belt in Judo/Jujitsu, but haven't played for about 12 yrs since my d was borne. I have though about taking it up again, but simply don't have the time and I don't think my body can take the pounding like it used too.
[This message has been edited by RWD (edited June 21, 2000).]

RWD- My children and I had a great vacation to Cleveland/Akron two years ago. I know you must think that's wierd but I live in Nashville and don't care for country music so I think coming here on vacation is wierd.
We did Seaworld, the Museum of Art, Great American Soap Box Derby (being there for that was a fluke)[that's a joke - the big draw was the whales, seriously, because I figured that trip was less expensive than Orlando]. On the way home we went to the Neil Armstrong Museum in Lima.
It was a trip we still talk about. Other than the fun we had, the big thing I remember was all the highway construction. There are roads on the map in Ohio that aren't really there.

I wasn't going to post, since I'm new here and so late on this thread...
But I couldn't believe it! Technically savvy internet users and not one personal webpage link amongst you (but I will admit to this thread majorly brightning up my day [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] !
users.ticnet.com/justwilling
It's dated material, I'll be updating it soon with escapades of my W's 40 birthday gift - a tandem skydive (it's how we met!)
I knew I shoulda' put a big banner ad on that page...
Bryce USPA C13618

Mitzi, Cinderella,
Next time you come this way, you need to stop at Cedar Point amusement park, it has the highest and fastest roller coaster, and also the Toledo Zoo. The zoo is the nicest zoo I've ever been too. The have natural settings but you are actually close to the animals. Also its not spread over half the county!
Don't talk to me about the roads! I travel the state, so I know.
I figured I spent about $1800-2000 on Orlando and thats with staying with someone for free!

I'm 5'4", have auburn chin-length hair cut into a bob. Green eyes, fair, Celtic complexion. Irish/Scottish/Welsh/Lithuanian (with a bit of American Indian thrown in!) Presently weigh approx. 140 lbs. (Lost almost 40 lbs. on the infidelity/divorce diet), and look 10 years younger now. H's OW (now his (next ex-) wife) apparently found the 40 lbs I lost!!!). She weighs about 180 lbs now, I heard!! She resembles Ex H's mother quite a lot (which explains a lot!!!) Ex-H looks like Jimmy Buffet (blond and balding!!) He plays the guitar and is a huge Buffet fan. Thinks he's Jimmy Buffet's double!! He fancies himself to be a Parrot-Head, but he's really just a bird-brain!!!!!
[This message has been edited by Lady M (edited June 22, 2000).]

Mitzi - we were there in early August - guess we just missed you.
RWD - youngest child has some apparent visual perception abnormalities. I don't think roller coasters would be a good choice. He's 7 and still doesn't like walking across surfaces which don't resemble other things he's familiar with. Decks and balconies aren't even good. I, personally, have problems with some zoos. While I laud many of the animal breeding programs (considering I'm the one, I think, who started the big sex discussion on the dating thread, that comment seems appropriate), I feel very sorry for animals kept in environments for which they are biologicaly foreign (polar bears in temperate regions, etc.).
I'm still having trouble keeping people figured out. The physical/attitude/interest descriptions are interesting but there's still more I wonder. Who's with spouse, who survived the big d, who's where, things like that. Who'll be brave and start it?
[This message has been edited by cinderella (edited June 23, 2000).]
