Just found out that x quit her job at the local hospital. She gave her 2 week notice. None of my sources know what she has planned.
I'm wondering what that will do to my child support. She pays me about $400 per month. While not a huge amount, it helps me keep my head above the water.
Right now, I'm scared and can only think of bad thoughts like having to sell the house.
Maybe that wouldn't be such a bad thing.

Does she suddenly want the kids and now since she will be working less, will she file for custody?
I have a call into my lawyer. He's usually at happy hour by now but he is in.
Lawyer called, told me that there is no change in support unless she files a petition with court. Then there is a hearing and they will change support if there is a good reason, such as downsized, not usually because she felt like quiting.
Last year when we were attempting reconciliation, she told me that job means everything to her.
My heart is beating again. I called x to talk to the kids, they weren't there of course, but x told me she was quiting. But that she got another full time job at another hospital about 30 mins away. She will be working 12 hr shifts and said she will be able to spend more time with the kids.
Maybe I can get some more child support! ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/grin.gif)
------------------
"You can't always get what you want! Bob,
There is something so wrong with you! ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)
It's no wonder I like you!
I would suggest you stop worrying about the X and concentrate on you and those precious children.
I have most recently found my religion again or I would have said something like, who gives a [censored] what the [censored] she does, the lying rat b!tch piece of crap laying on the side of the road can slide under a gas truck and taste her own blood for all I care.
Aren't you glad I'm am so much better now?
Go in peace my friend.
Zippy

OH SURE!
Bring that up again. Mom always liked you better anyway. When I was away at "camp" I got much better. I don't nearly have the fear of electrical outlets that I used to. Electricity is our friend.
Love you like a brother! It took me and Toni [FXW] 10 years before we were able to communicate amicably. And now, go figure, she is helping me thru all this BS.
See you on the next visitation day.
ZIP
