Hoping you have read my previous posting about the sexual problems my husband and I are having. It's pretty much non-existant. He is still the warm, affectionate, puppydog, and do anything for me guy. I am piecing this all together and now noticing his interest of the really cute young girl (16) who is working evenings for me. At times we all 3 work together. He talkes constantly and sometimes it interupts her work. a couple of weeks ago he told her the private business conversation he and I had regarding her continued employment next year and the fact that I may put her as shop forman give her a raise, and hire a couple of extra high schoolers. It should have been presented to her at a later date by me, her employer, but he told her all about it in a cutsie way and then said "and Julie, I believe a raise comes with that. Isnt that correct didi". Then last night I came home about 15 min. behind him. (he knew I was coming)She was working in the basement, he came thru the house, never turned any lights on, and was in the basement talking to her and was doing some of the messy work with his suit still on. If he had gotten any of the stuff we work with on him it would have ruined the suit. One evening we were going to town after working in the basement to get some things for the shop and then eat out. He wanted to take her with us. I said"I'm trying to keep this a business situtation". He has just come thru an emotional crisis with his 18 yr old daughter. He was EXTREMELY close to her I wonder if this has anything to do with that, or is it something else. The sexual situtation between us probably heightens my confusion of the situation. Guys you know about these kind of things. What are your ideas?
didi

Didi,
I think you should be concerned. You did not mention your husbands age but I think that the attentions of a young girl can go to a mans head. I think you should discuss this with him. Also there is the sexual harrassment issue. If she gets mad at you or him she would have amunition to cause you real problems.
I hope this helps.
Mike

Thanks Mike,
I will discuss this with him eventually. Guess I'm waiting for the right opportunity so that he will not think I'm accusing him of any more than what it is.
didi
