Hello, I was wondering if there is some kind of technique to help my husband and I be consistent in fullfilling each other's needs? <p>We will do great for a little while, then we seem to always fall back into our old habits and routines.<br>

I think the key is to communicate openly, kindly and honestly with one another. If you feel your needs aren't being met, you need to tell your H, and vice versa. I don't remember if Dr. Harley has any "tricks" to recommend ...<p>terri
