It was about H and his internet gf, In the dream he told me that they had been caringing on for a long time, and that she was moving to where we lived. I woke up in a sweat, then my dog howled in his sleep then woke, does he feel my pain? I keep asking God to take all the negative thoughts from my mind so that I don't dwell on them. But they're still there. I also found a slip of paper with motel prices written down, and days marked that look like he's planing on taking days off. In the email he sent her that I found(when I first learned of her)It said that he couldn't wait till she came to vistit, and that he would take her to all the touristy places, blah, blah, blah. Anyway, so now, I'm wondering if she is coming, and will he sleep with her? It's bad enough that my heart is broken over the mental cheating, but just me thinking that we could physically do it, I think that that would completely destroy me. And how do I effectively use Plan A, when it is so obvious in my eyes that I am heartbroken?
Please Help

Garfeild,
I'm sorry you haven't had any responses, can I suggest you repost on the general questions board where more people in your stage of this read?
Have you read this sites infomation? Maybe you could consider a session counselling with Steve or Jennifer Harley.
I Can feel the pain in your post, I'm so sorry you have to join us here in this place. Keep posting and as people get to know your story they will respond more.
I wish I knew what to advise you to do. I am not sure of your history, have you confronted your H at all? Do you know when he is planning this get together? Have you been trying to plan A?
Please hang in there, take care of yourself and post on the Gen questions board to get more help.
Lora

Garfield,
We all have nightmares, but sometimes I think our subconcious is piecing the puzzle together and translating for us.
Long before I knew about the OW & probably just as the PA began I dreamed of my H & the OW. I woke troubled & told him and he said, why do you always think such terrible things about me...his facade was already in place.
You can Plan A through this. Dr. Harley recommends 6 months. It won't be easy. You can also tell your H his plans are unacceptable. Taking the secrecy out of the affair can have an effect.
Is there a counselor or pastor you can see? I know my pastor gave me good advice before I found MB or my counselor. How about calling Dr. Harley here on this site?
------------------
Lor
"Let love be genuine...hold fast to what is good; love one another." Rom 12:9-10
