I find my self being extremely jealous and paranoid about my wifes involvement with other people. I am very suspicious and get the feeling she is out already trying to fill my spot.
This is a very uncomfortable position as I have always trusted her throughout the marriage.
I also found myself obsessing about our past sexual activity last night. I can't stand the thought of someone else with her! Help!

Omaha, God knows i've been where you are now. I just recently started posting to this forum and I don't know your complete story but thank you for responding to mine a few days ago. When i feel the way you are i try to FORCE myself to think about something else. I used to want to go check on x to see if i'd catch him with OW even though he said it was over. I also try to give H impression that i'm moving on but actually i'm still holding on to hope even though we'll be divorced in about 3 weeks. These are rough times but will survive!

I know exactly how you feel, my wife goes out constantly with "her friends" as she puts it. I know they go out bar hopping, the call themselves the pub club. Yes, I'm jealous to, but even now I still don't know if she's having an affair (she claims no) or if she's just getting in her partying. This started even before we separated and sometimes she wouldn't come home till three in the morning and usually drunk......I don't know what she's doing now and frankly I don't think I want to know because I think the truth will hurt more than not knowing. It's supposed to get better for us at least that what they say. For me, I still don't have any real friends that I can hang out with, they're all married, so I usually sit home since I'm not a bar fly, and sitting home I think also makes things worse. You find yourself thinking of and dwelling in the past, going over all the what if scenerios. I'm sure I'll get sick of it soon and get off my [censored] and get out there and try to reconnect with the world, but I know what you're saying. Trust me you're not alone. Take care. Jax
