<BR>Well...I went to see my lawyer morning. Our final hearing is Sept. 21st and I should be divorced that day. If it's not done that day, it will be final 10 days later. I'm pushing for the 21st. I want it over with as soon as possible.<P>We came to an agreement about everything except the boys being around the OW. I can't stop him from taking them there for now, but he can't force them to go there. I will however have full custody and he only has visitation rights. And my attorney is going to bring up in court that he has only spent 12 hours with them since April 14th. They can't force him to see the boys but they can take away his visitation rights if the law master feels it would be in the best interest of the kids. I don't think it would be, but maybe, just maybe, he'll stop and think about how much they need him (I doubt it!)<P>So, that's the latest...<P>Mitzi

Dana,<P>My lawyer said that in WV usually the family law master hears the case and signs the agreement if he believes that it is fair. Then it goes to the circuit court judge who signs it and it is final. BUT on the day of the hearing, you can also present a waiver to state that you waive the right to have another judge look at the case and want the law master to dissolve the marriage.
