I hate to post in MB because H reads my posts, but here it goes.I planned A my H until
he moved out.Steve Harley suggested plan B,which I have done. There are times that you must communicate with H,we have 2 children together.Sometimes I have communicated without anger. At other times my anger has gotten the best of me.{Before affair I hardly ever got angry.
H is now living with OW and OC's.A hurricane is coming in my direction,I am alone in this state now,no relatives.I called H to seee if he could stay with children while I go to work.(I work at a hospital.)H said he was going out of town tomorrow, but MIL would watch kids overnight and the next day.
I talked to him about several things,HE said he was glad I called him ,and he almost said that is what I am here for,(of course he was talking being there forthe boys). He also asked if I needed anything with approaching hurricane.
I cried when he hung up.He is so two sided, here he is living with OW,putting me thru the most emotional pain I have ever had,yet asking me if I need anything?I dont get this, something here is really mixed up,maybe it is me.bethn

Hi Alone:
My experience is that he is probably showing concern out of guilt. Mine did the same thing and I was also confused, but it didn't last long - it wasn't long before he was trying to "punish" me for his evils. They can only handle guilt so long before they start making excuses for what they're doing and putting the blame on you. Now mine, who has total freedom to see the boys anytime, hardly ever calls or sees them anymore. I guess OW has targets on my kids' backs now and it must be working. I knew she'd try to destroy that relationship next. She's a very selfish young, childless wench who wants 100% of his attention.
I'm venting. Sorry. I guess he'll know what he's lost when it's too late, when my boys are old enough to ask him to his face why he abandoned them when they were little and why he demolished his family for "THAT". Some day, maybe, he'll get to see his boys living with me and someone else who treats them better and gives them more time and attention than he ever did (I can hope anyway). ARRRRR!
Take care.
------------------

Kathy
