Hey TS,
I really wish you would reconsider coming to Nville. It would be a blast to meet you and you know it. Damn you, why are you such a hard nut to crack? No labels, hey I was the betrayer the first time around, remember? I know both sides now.
It's a place to meet our friends and I promise that I won't try to get you
naked or have sex with you in the hot tub.
Please just do a fly by? <<Zippy having the saddest puppy dog eyes that you have ever seen>>> <<<Hey, those are the whitest white part of the eye I have ever seen, do you floss?>>>
Your E addy was returned so I put this here.
Waiting for your response.
Tim
I checked the other thread to make sure I typed the e-mail address correctly, and I did. Maybe our server was down temporarily. A couple of tips...
gte807f@prism.gatech.edu
It is a zero, not an 'o', and it is prism with an 's', not prizm, like the thing you hang on your rearview mirror. When my e-mail has gotten bounced back before, it is usually because one of those things were done.
Yea, I'm a nut. If I vascillate any more, you'd call me one of those mexican jumping beans. Remember those little souvenir things?
I do have a couple of questions for you though. I remember things you've talked about with your first marriage. I also remember you said something like "what goes around comes around" in terms of Val cheating on you. Like, for some reason, you deserved to be cheated on by Val. Here's my problem. My situation is exactly opposite. My first husband cheated on me up-one-side-down-the-next, then I cheated on my second H. After all the cr*p my second H pulled after my confession, I totally feel like I've paid my dues. Whatever karma I had coming for cheating on him, I've paid IMO.
I wonder though, do you feel you ended up with someone who was more likely to cheat and take marriage lightly because of what happened in your first marriage? One of the reasons I'm afraid of confessing to someone new, is because I don't want some liberal person who thinks infidelity is 'ok' under certain circumstances. The guy I dated briefly after my divorce called fidelity a "myth". RED FLAG!! I don't know, maybe it is, but I sure don't want someone who is not even going to bother or is looking for an excuse to run around.
On the other hand, I'm really not in the mood to have some new person friggin' hold my feet to the fire for what I did to my second ex. My second ex did that very well, thank you, and I won't be put through that again. Either way, I'm screwed, it seems.
What does this have to do with NV? Well, I've already decided that it is in my best interest not to become emotionally attached to anyone until after I graduate and get settled (thank you, JL). So, seeing all you happy folks, some of you hooking up (and I know you are Medic, with a certain other MB lady) would make me really bummed. Happy for all of you of course, but even more lonely for me. I know what is best for me, but 2-3 more years (minimum) of self-imposed celibacy is not something I'm looking forward to.
I just thought of something funny though. When my friends ask me "wow, you sure are motivated to graduate. What for?" I can say "so I can finally get laid" LOL. Besides living in border line poverty, I can't think of too many other motivators that would be better than that! ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/grin.gif) Yea, the guys will be lining up at my door at graduation night. My graduation gift to myself will be a big box of Trojans. Just kidding!!!!!!!!! Would give new meaning to the term PhD. Push here dear or please hump darling, or pump honey d*mmit. Ok, Ok, I'm getting out of control here....
We'll see how I'm feeling as the time gets closer. I'll consider it. I'm very flattered that you all want me to come, I mean, be there. THANKS!!
[This message has been edited by TheStudent (edited October 19, 2000).]

ROTFLMAO!!!
TS, you have to come and share your fine sardonic wit with us in Nville.
Sorry Z, didn't mean to butt in your thread buddy.
TS, I can understand your fears for not wanting to come. Just continue to mull it over and don't rule the trip out, ok? Hell...it's still a month or two away.
Bill

I see it and I must admit I'm befuddled. What has happened Sandman (Medic)? Am I that far out of the loop? Been 'away' too long? I guess I'll be 'back-reading' for a while huh? See ya bud!
------------------
1Co:2:4: And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:
1Co:2:5: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
