Not really the right icon I was looking for, but since I am still somewhat sad figured it would have to do!!!
Anyway, update... Well, yesterday I finally lost it with him on the phone. I yelled (sort of between sobs), I cried, I told him how I really felt. I told him that it was time he quit running away from me and hear me out. Maybe not the right thing to do, but I had to say my piece. Asked him to please come back to the house, sit down and listen. When he got back to the house I explained that I felt like he was running away from everything by moving out. (I was very calm and nice by this point) H has custody of his youngest (16YO D) and he is even considering having her move back in with her mother. I told him that if he thought that having everything and everyone "out of sight, out of mind" would make him happy, he was most likely mistaken. H wanted to move out when I was out on another business trip (next week). Told him negative, he was going to have to look me in the eyes when he left. Although I have no intention of calling or harassing him, I advised him that I would always be a part of his PAST. That he couldn't run away from that. Told him that I was tired of taking the blame for everything and that YES I am angry at him giving up. That we made vows to each other and walking away without even trying wasn't a good answer. There was a lot more... mostly about him needing to address his problem of avoidance (which he has always done) and only then could he be truly happy with himself.
Anyway, this morning (after sex)---- Heck if I am not going to be getting any for awhile I am going to get all that I can right now!!! we talked about what he would take with him.... Geez, H feels so guilty he doesn't want anything but his clothes. (In FL it is a no fault divorce state and marital property should be split 50-50). Just about everything in the house is mine (was before marriage), but I figured he could have at least half of whatever is here. H was going to move with my truck (while I was out of town...) and I told him he had too much stuff and it would take him 10 days via truck... Ok, here's the part that is making me NUTS!!! There are certain things that I WANT GONE!!! (Fish Tank, extra futon, other daughters car, misc ****). H is saying..."no, you can keep everything, I dont need anything".... GEEEEEEEZZZZZ, without sounding like a B@%&# how do I tell him to TAKE IT!!!!!???
