I cannot believe I am sitting here staring at the screen waiting for the number on my hit list on this site to go up. Desperation is setting in. Am I normal, or is this just part of this whole mad situation???
------------------
karen

Karen,
It's normal... I went through that too.
Things usually pick up in the evenings... mid-day is usually pretty slow.
It's hard when you are hurting, we've all been there, or are there now. Something almost everyone here will tell you, is to do something nice for Yourself... get a manicure, go shopping, have a double banana split... what ever you enjoy. It not only makes you feel better, it's a distraction too.
You might try posting your story to the General Questions or the Just Found Out boards (under Infidelity)... GQ seems to be the busiest site here, and you may get more and faster responses there.... you can post a link there to your posts here (see UBB ode to the left of the reply screen).
I wish I could be of more help to you today, but I'm not in a good place right now to really help.
Thoughs & Prayers,
Butterfly

Very normal, I HOPE!!!
It's a real bummer to come in, check your email to find nothing, and then check you "hitlist" to see the number 0 or no change from day to day. Why do you think I posted Need Friends Here? Really helps to know someone else is out there that cares and wants to help, even if you don't know them--who cares, right?

You won't be alone!! I work graveyard--and it gets VERY slow in the fab sometimes! I am always on here--usually just reading, but occasionally putting my two cents worth.

Hi Kaydee,
I post from Australia, and the time difference is a killer sometimes. I post, and then have to go to bed.....
I'm also a shift worker so sometimes days go past before I can get back on. Well, actually months sometimes........
I also have 2 little girls who love the computer, so unless they've gone to bed, trying to post is a nightmare. they want the 'puter' to play their games, or type 'letters'
I've just replied on your other thread. Keep your chin up.
hugs to you
