I think I need some help here. This past weekend I got talking to a man whom I've met on previous occassions. He's good looking so I always thought he was married. Found out now that he's not and also otherwise not attached. We got along EXTREMELY well (actually other people started to notice it, too). He's supposed to be calling me and I can't wait.
Now the problem: This guy lives in another province and my ExH wants to put into the separation agreement that I can't move out of the province. Maybe I'm rushing things along here, but what IF it becomes serious with this guy, but he can't move out of his province (I've already tested that one) for good reasons and I'm not allowed to move out of mine. I've already looked on the map to see just "how close" I could move in my province just to be closer to him if it ever got that far.
------------------
A successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person.
Mignon McLaughlin

Hi, the best advise for a lay person to give you would be to speak to a good lawyer. If he has chosed to leave how can you live your life around what he feels he needs when your needs have been ignored. the world is a small place nowadays so visiting for him and the kids should not be a problem. Go for it with the new man if it does not work it well thats life as we all know and if it does, great. Where there is a will there is a way. I hope you are well through all this and I am thinking of you
------------------
karen
