Actually it's the city of Chesapeake. It's between VA. Beach & Suffolk, down in the Tidewater area.
------------------
nick
it's only time that heals the pain and makes the sun come out again

Very much.
I've got the beach in 10 minutes & the mountains in a couple of hours. It's got everything a major metro area has, but I can be in the boonies on my bicycle in 20 minutes.
Not a bad place at all to live. What about you? Where in MD?
------------------
nick
it's only time that heals the pain and makes the sun come out again

Hey Nick - Howdy, Neighbor!!! I live in Va. Beach (Kempsville). Not a true native, but came here in 1977 (Navy transferred me here). Lived here until 1979, then moved away with (now ex)H to his home state of Connecticut and then moved back again in 1983. Honorary Native now!! I, too, really like it here. Weather here sure beats the Midwest (where I'm from originally), especially in the winter!

True, the winters here are pretty mild, but that occasional snow storm we do get certainly freaks out the southern transplants [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Looks like we might get some winter this weekend.
------------------
nick
it's only time that heals the pain and makes the sun come out again
