Yeah, WIFTT, why exactly was it open? It was freezing yesterday, even though it was sunny.
I'm just glad I brought the tree in last night, before it was covered with slush.

Had a car with a sunroof once. I confess to having opened that thing on a gorgeous winter day and running the heat up. I cn see how this would happen. So sorry, buddy. But it is good to know that I'm not the only one who does these things.

OK,
I play soccer two nights a week with kids 20 years younger than me. Last night, our team played shorthanded by one person for the entire game. Not only that, two members of the team have never played before. Driving home, I was HOT!
When I got home I was tired, couldn't wait to get to the COLD BEER in the fridge!
The beer numbed the brain, and it froze!
But at least i scored a goal, and had a couple of assists.

And lets just say, i did the same sort of thing three years ago, when sitting in my car stuck in traffic in snowstorm, I overheated myself, and opened the sunroof, and dropped 6" of snow on me and my lap!

My son is a little on the impulsive side. He decided to see what it was like to open the car door while we were inside the automated carwash--I had paid for the whole deal, undercarriage, hot wax everything, but not for interior detailing.

I have a great idea!! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Since your car frosts over from the inside, get a little hotty in there in the morning to fog over the windows from the inside. It should all work out in the wash, right? Fog melts frost, right? [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Or is there a flaw in that logic (haha). [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Okay, here is my convertible story. My very first car was a 1966 Buick LaSabre convertible/cruise ship. [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] His name was Henry, and he got 20 gallons to the mile. Anyway, when I first bought him (in 1979 for $100!!--such a deal), he was a mess. He had been in an accident, and I bought him so I could rebuild his engine, rebuild his body, and then do "cool" stuff like get a new interior and a brand new roof. Anyway, he was a mess, and the button to make the roof go up did not work--but in my teenage arrogance, I thought it wouldn't matter. I'd get that button fixed before it was needed, right? (Buzzer sound) WRONG! The next night there was almost a tornado, and the rain and hail came down like it was THE FLOOD. I was finding willow leaves in that car for YEARS--and in the most unusual places!
BTW, in my junior year of high school I totally rebuilt his engine. In my senior year, I rebuilt his body and got a new interior and new roof. He was an AWESOME college car--perfect for hauling 20 friends on a day trip. And we could all sit comfortably!
Good luck--hope your interior dries out. Hope your car is better too!
CJ
------------------
Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.

Any volunteers for a hottie?
Applications taken,
must be small enough to fit in glove compartment and be ready for action at a moment's notice. Hey Tom,
I'll volunteer, but I'm a guy and don't get any funny ideas. Why do I see you in a BMW? I may have messed up two M, but I don't go that way, not gonna look at some guys hairy butt and say, "this is love"
I just had to smile when I saw this. I have had T tops for years, rarely pop em. I just like to look up and see the sky. It's supposed to be 50 here today so I may have to devirginize the roof of the new Trans and kick the heater on high.
Hey Dana, I hope your seat doesn't get too wet before Nville [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] Me bad!
Zippy the Pinhead
