Focus, learn, pray and attend a "singles Christian group" at a church of your choice. Put God FIRST! By joining a christian group of singles instead of just dating anyone who looks good in the secular world, your more apt to be in a safer enviroment.

If I use the former, it has the ability to display a real-time graphic representation of what it's sending through to the speakers, so I can, in fact *watch* Dobson (or, rather, watch his moving voiceprint).
Maybe that's what hurtinginOmaha meant, and my little joke was uncalled for.

Here's the link to an article called "Courtship Dating". This is great advice. I suppose I've been doing what this article suggests. All of my outings with men are in groups, and I won't consider dating (or courtship in their words) unless I plan on remarrying. They put into words exactly everything I've felt, and I'm not even a Christian. Alot of good advice for those who would like to remarry someday, but don't want to go through the pattern of date-break up, date-break up, scenario.
http://www.family.org/spfmag/relationships/a0009828.html
