Hi guys just wanted to share with you what a good weekend I have had.
This is the first time I have made it through a weekend with out feeling depressed, low, angry, ringing up stbx etc since he left for OW on 1st November. Wow what an acheivement.
Probably comes down to I have made a pact with my counseller not to contact him and I only email him re D. He has the message not to contact me, when he does it is only because he wants something usually sex. (The OW cant be that good then)
I feel I can carry on and be strong. Thanks to all you are a great support

I'm glad to hear our resident KIWI (hope you don't mind the nickname [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] )
Is feeling a little better...
The trick is walking through the bad times...and hanging in because it will get better so long as you remain honest with yourself...
I read today that the best way to deal with problems is to talk about them...
It helped me to stay honest and focussed...
So keep on walkin...
Bill
