I have made the decision to have a full sexual health test. It is a bit scary cos I only hope the results will be OK.<P>STBX and OW relationship is based on lies lies lies and how do I know they werent sleeping together when H was with me and how do I know she isnt lying to him. I know some of the things are lies.<P>Wish me luck. I had such a good weekend but H is seeing D today and I feel all jittery again. Why cant he go and live on the other side of the world. Then I dont have to think about him.

Isn't it awful that we have to go through these tests now? I did the same thing after my x left because I just couldn't be sure if he was telling me the truth regarding not having had a physical affair.<P>Luckily, everything turned out ok. Hopefully, the same will hold true for you.

I had all the tests except AIDS test because my physician said she did not see any indication that it was necessary. I know for a fact that my exH did sleep with me and OW at the same time - I, mysteriously, after some 12 years got a bladder infection while we were on the Big Island of Hawaii. The first thing the doctor said to me there was "Have you had a change in sexual partners?" I of course said no - it never ocurred to me that my then H had (how naive on my part).<P>My exH did confess to having Physical affairs before his big emotional/physical affair with his OW (his wife as of 1/27/01). I found a list of escort services for the San Francisco Bay area that had obviously been kept in his pocket.<P>Fortunately I came back negative for every test but I am sure tempted to tell his OW/fiancee about having to get tested. I don't think she knows about all of his other casual flings.

rjs,<BR>I got tested right after the divorce was final. I scheduled my regular physical and had them done... all of them. Since OW's H was/is a drug user, and who knew who else she had slept with, I didn't want to take any chances. <P>I'm glad to say that not only the original set of test, but also the 6 mo. followups all came out negative. <P>It's not easy to do, but honestly, it was worse not knowing and wondering.<P>B

Well I did it I went to the Doc today. He said that if it there was anything bad I would probably know about it by now.<P>Really please I did it. <P>Blindsided123 it is a really scary thought but not I know that I am clear from today if the results come back fine. I have my future ahead of me and is another part of my new life.<P>Thank you all for your support
