I knew that since I brought my lady friend to the kids stuff, my x would bring her om/h. Well sure enough, today was the day. X was supposed to work, but she called early and talked to our d, so I figured she woudl be there. I wasn't expecting om/h though.
Ten to make matters worse, I happend to look over that way and he was leaving and they kissed, yeech, yeech.
I guess this was their coming out party.

I'm sorry that you are going through such a tough time right now. Especially, having to see the OM over and over again.

Luckily, I haven't run into my x with any women. I'm sure I will hate it when it does happen. On the flip side, he encourages me to date and hopes I find a great man for myself and the kids. Like I really want to hear that from him.
Hang in there and try to forget about them and focus on your new life right now. You have a lot going for you and deserve happiness. Try not to let them bring you down.
Jen

I'm sorry to hear that. I guess I am lucky: my ex moved out of state to be with the OW. I never see them, and we have no kids so I don't have tot.
My roommate said that he used to get upset when he went to see his daughter and his ex had her current over. But he says that over time, he saw how what she does with her life really has no impact on him directly anymore--except what he lets bother him. Now he is fine with it. It will happen for you too.
