This week is proving to be the hardest, as I am moving out. The conversation I had with the OW was a good idea. I came home late last night to find a bouquet of flowers waiting for me. The card read "from a friend", I do have many caring people in my life, but I believe that the flowers are from the OW. I named the subject "Misery loves Company" because it is sad to say but, it sort of, kind of, helps to know that this aweful, painful thing called DIVORCE (let alone betrayal/cheating) happens to many others. I want for this constant pain to subside and to be that happy person I once was. I come from a large family and am relatively "inexperienced" to the subject of divorce, and the many many issues that go along with it. Please someone tell me that everything is going to be okay. I have read many books on this subject-One that I can't seem to read fast enough is "Spiritual Divorce", Divorce as a catalyst for an extraordinary life. I am an independent woman, yet I am so terrified of what the future holds. I'm sure most everyone in this situation is. I quess I'm just venting. I do appreciate everyones kind words and encouragement from this forum, I feel that I can count on you all!! Thanks
I'm not over it yet by any means, but it seems lots better than it was.
Be sure to see a doctor if things get too difficult for you ... your bias should be toward doing that sooner rather than later, as bad feelings have a way of sneaking up on you gradually. Remember, a frog fails to notice if its water gets wamer slowly, and you can boil one without it jumping out of the pot.
