I am afraid my wonderful WH is going to blindside me. So if any of you know anything about divorce laws in regards to expats living outside the states, I would appreciate the information.<P>My H's employment pass came through in Aug Or Sept. Our house is for sell, he was in the states in Jan, if we return in June, would he have to establish residency in the states he returns to, I don't plan on returning to the same state. I do know that both of the states have a requirement of residency of 6 mths.<P><BR>Thanks for any input.<BR>

rjs.<P>I am in Singapore. I don't think he will do this here, not even sure we are going back to stay in June or if we will divorce.<P>I am just trying to get a timeline on how long it would take him.
