I dropped internet service yesterday, because they charged me $450.00 for Feb and 150.00 so far for this month. I signed up using the wrong choice. They agreed to drop Half of lasts months charges and hook me up to the right choice for this month. Also dropping the $150.00 charge for this month. I told them to do that and then shut me off. I have BYOD access, but apparanly I selected 5 hrs and then pay by the hour. I told them they were insane, who would purposly choose that and pay $450.00 instead of $10.00!!! I don't even know how I got on here now??
