I just reread your post on the end of my thread. <P>About contacting a Lawyer... what I have read and what I've heard people say is that unless you are positive that D is the only way DO NOT contact a lawyer. Not only would it be a potential LB in your case it may start you down a road you soon regret. Hopelessmom on the GQ forum recently stopped her D because in her heart she wants to work it out. <P>I only asked about seeking legal advice to protect myself and children. I in no way want this D I want desperatly to work on our marriage and believe that H and I could make it work but the easy way out for him is D. The matter is completely out of my hands and with no fault divorces I have no way to stop him. <P>I hope you get some more advice.
