I've read so much of the forum in which people that post talk about Plan A and Plan B...can't seem to see if there's something in the Marriage Builders site about something like this or not. I'm dealing with husband's "Part of me loves you, part of me doesn't" and in conversation with new female friend has told her "I told her I don't know if I love her or not" . Female friend and husband are having an emotional affair I think. No sex so far, as far as I know. I find it strangely similar that she's only three years older than I, has a husband ten years younger (mine is too)....I'm in Hell at the moment waiting to find out what's going to happen...in the meantime he's completely not up to talking about anything, and has told me to "back off"...any suggestions? In the meantime, I'm still being the loving wife, which is all I ever wanted to do, to be...I want to be his friend, like we were initially, but it seems he's found someone else to take my place in that aspect of our lives...

Penguin:
Plan A and Plan B are described in the book "Surviving an Affair". They have been described several times previously: try using the "search" feature on the site, and see if you can find an appropriate post.
I suggest that you order a copy of the book (from the website) and start reading. It's more detailed.
