Technically it will be on the 7th of April...
But... 2 years ago on this day...
...which was on Easter Sunday...
...at night...
...my W was sick with a cold/flu...
...and she told me... ...out of the blue...
......"... I think we should talk about a separation..." [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
And my life came crashing down... 3 days later when I found 500-600 e-mails between her and OM (e-mails over a period of 4 months)...
And the day after... she went on a 4-day get away to Connecticut with the OM.
And now today...
...my attorney will definitely be persuing a bench warrant...
...with the back child support now exceeding 6 months...
......(she originally said she'd be paying from June of last year... but not a dime)...
...having been given countless warnings to pay up...
...but my atty will inform her of the final pay up date... this Monday.
...I'm quite certain... she won't pay... [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
I guess I'm getting closer to the low-end of Plan B.
[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Jim

I remember the panic the first time I heard x express his lack of satisfaction. And I know full well how devastating it was. When I look back at where I was and where I am now, I am amazed at the transformation.
Did you ever think you had this much strength, courage, resilience? Did you think then that you could survive?
Would you go back to where you were April 8th two years ago?

Jim (hope you don't mind that I call you Jim, as I don't know you as well as some of the others),
This time last year was the beginning of my hell. These "anniverary" dates are brutal! I've read prior posts to get your history and you've inspired me with your strength and courage. Keep it up!
[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] Petrie
Tonight is the first time I've seen my xW since the divorce...
Our D had a school play....
...and my D so incredible... ...a good night no matter what!
...but my xW... is still so full of hate.
Even as I try to be nice...
...if I stood less than 10 feet away...
...she runs... ...and moves to the other side of room...
...and has the same "angry" expression she's had for over a year and half now.
...and of course not a word to me...
...as if I were an invisible man.
I cordially just said... "hello there"...
...and at the end "goodbye... x"...
...and I said it truly with grace and no hate or malice...
...ala Plan A... even though I am in Plan B.
...and still the "anger"... from her
...and still the "hatred"... from her
I seems I've ruined her life (her fantasy life)...
I remain in Plan B...
...and will for quite some time.
---------------------------------------
Just heard from my attorney...
Oh yes... the wheels of justice grind ever so slowly...
Even if my attorney starts on motions now...
...the bench warrant for back child support won't come until sometime... mid- to late-June.
[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Jim
[This message has been edited by NSR (edited April 06, 2001).]

(((((((Jim)))))))
Your faith and dedication from the day I got here 16 months ago continue to amaze me. I know I made so many mistakes along the way, gave up too soon, moved on too soon way back then, and even still make mistakes. But you have hung in there strong that whole time. I was always hoping you wouldn't get to this point of divorce.
But now that you are here, I hope you'll continue to post often because you have a lot to offer people here.
I had A LOT of mixed feelings the first time I saw my ex after the divorce was final. My ex seemed angry at me too. And those school functions still make my life miserable. Some days it gets easier, some days, when I'm tired, emotionally down or hurt by some other area of my life, it still hurts that I failed. The roller coaster ride just hasn't ended yet I guess.
Hang in there, Dana
PS Whats with all the WS that choose a holiday to leave?

[This message has been edited by DanaB (edited April 08, 2001).]

Jim,
You don't need me to tell you this but hang in there...It is better to be resented then to resent...
Sometimes I get tired of seeing myt exes happy-@&& face but be that as it may...I still plan-a it keeps me sane...
Take good care.
Bill
------------------

May the roads rise to meet you,
May the winds always be at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields,
And until we meet again,
May god hold you
In the hollow of his hand.
