Hey, in parts of Ontario, Canada, a woman can go topless -- they passed a LAW. I mean, she has to wear a skirt and shoes onto a bus, but not a top. What kind of shoes goes with nipples??? [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
...and no, I'm not planning on testing the law -- we wouldn't want to frighten the children! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]

Are we still having a smilefest?
because tonight I break out of my conservative business woman mode-
I bought a sexy top (which I'll probably end up covering up) but my intensions are good anyhow, and my best friend and I are going to the U2 concert. I am leaving work early to beautify and figure out how to not expose myself while wearing this new top!
I am excited about tonight! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
I always have a great time with my best friend and I'll be able to forget about everything for a little while. Plus I just love to sing & my girlfriend doesn't mind-she encourages it!! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]

I had to add another reply-because the U2 concert I attended last night was so great and invigorating!
I totally let my hair down, and danced and sang the night away (I even took the jacket off to expose sexy top!) My best friend and I were totally on a high (no drugs involved! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] ). I really needed that release!!!!!
Anyhow, I'm sure my night of carousing will catch up with me later today. I got into bed at 2:30am, was in the office at 8:30, and have to work my second job tonight.
It was definately worth it!!! Y'all missed it the other day.
I slipped and fell in the street in front of my daughter's school. I had to get out and walk in for a second. And one foot just shot out from under me. I ended up with a skinned and bruised knee. And I'm a tad bit sore.
But the good news is [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] I didn't tear my new slacks. I'll heal. And life is, otherwise, hunkydory!

One of my boyfriends just brought me chocolate. [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Now, before you jump to conclusions, this is what used to be Secretaries' Week and I work in a church office doing all these powerpoint presentations and whatever else they throw my way - including a few mailings - so I guess it seems I qualify.
Anyway, James's wife was my music teacher in elementary school. His youngest son is a year or two older than me. And he's a little 80 year old man. But he brought in brownies for the three of us who work in the church office - but not brownies for any of the ministers.

Your most royal highness,

I am a little low on the "Smilefest" list, but when you're at the bottom you have nowhere to go but up. So... here are my "Smilefest" contributions:
I have been healthy for more than a year now.
My son's voice has lowered, and the squeeking is funny.
My bleeding hearts flowers are blooming all over the place.
My friends at work are a GREAT support--they love me!
I had a steak dinner last night, and it was a ribeye too!
I had purple grape juice yesterday.
It has been in the 70's for the past three days! And sunny!

Well, that's a good start. Hopefully, I'll have a few more tomorrow!

CJ
------------------
Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.
