She knows you better than you know yourself Bill.<P>She knows which buttons to push, and what will make you react. Thats what you are doing right now, reacting. Lets try to figure this out. Reacting in anger is never the best soloution.

OK,<P>Start counselling session. Idle chit-chat. She asks the counsellor if we can talk about what she had told her on the phone.<P>Says moving out tom. I'm ok with that. Then start listing her demand list from the house. I'm not ok with that. We worked on it for a while and came to an agreement. Then started talking about the custody. She want to "let" me have them on the weekends and 1 night during the week. I flip out in my head. We have already agreed to 50/50 joint and we need to honor that. She says that she didn't agree with that. We argued for about 10 minutes and she finally agreed to go with the 50/50 while we are seperated but won't put anything in writing. Of course I'm suppose to have them next weekend but ya know that mother's day thing.<P><p>[This message has been edited by LostHusband (edited May 03, 2001).]

Wow, I dont know what to say. I really think there is some legal issues here. Where is Sisyphus when ya need him? (He is an attorney)<P>Ok, as far as the 'things' in the house, remember they are all replaceable. You know as a parent you must choose you battles. Drop this one if you can. The kids are a bigger concern.<P>What does your att. say?<P>Do you think you should start a new topic, and throw this one out in the arena for everyone to comment on? I am sure there are people here that know alot more than me in regards to custody issues. All I feel I can give you right now is a HUGE SQUEEZING HUG, and let you know I'm on your side.

And Bill, what DO you think is best for you and the girls right now?<P>As I re-read this, it seems she agreed to asset division, and offered ever weekend plus one weeknight. <P>If she is leaving I think you do need some sort of agreement on paper re custody issues.
