For those of you who might be interested, this is the link to the thread about The Song of Solomon. I'm in a Bible class on Sunday mornings and the topic is this book which most people never study. The subtitle of the series is 'A Study of Love, Romance, Sex, and Marriage'.
So far, it's been wonderful.
http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/Forum8/HTML/003909.html

LOLOL
Cinderella, I thought the same thing as Nick! I just took a look at your post over there and I really enjoy it, I hope you keep it going thru the whole class. This is just as important as sports score stats! ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)
Hugs, Dana
No, Prince Charming has not returned with my glass slipper. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/frown.gif) Maybe someday.
I keep hoping that someday I'll wake up and there will be a knock at the door and, when I open the door, there will be music and romance and laughter and Prince Charming. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/shocked.gif) However, I think this is a pipedream. I don't know what I'd do if I met the perfect man. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/confused.gif) Thought I had him once. Then he broke my heart.
I don't know what I'd do.
This coming Sunday the lesson is a continuation of the Art of Courtship. On April 29 we see the video on sexuality. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/shocked.gif) I guess I need to find out what the following lesson is about, too.

Now you have time to think about what to do.
geez, gotta think quickly when these opportunities arise!

Cinderella,
If it makes you feel "any" better, I thought I found one once too, and the sad thing was it WASN'T my husband! ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)
Oh well, the search continues ! (no flames please, that is only a joke!)
Dana
I'd probably freze up too. How do you know when you're moving too fast? Too slow? Is there such a thing as too slow? How do you uncover all those weird quirks that you can't handle?
Let's face it. I must be doing something wrong. I live in a city of 1+ million, if you take in all the outlying suburbs, and haven't met a local man I'd have. I haven't met many suitable men at all. They seem to be all taken or jerks. Or they live under rocks.

My best friend says the good ones are already taken. I used to think I had one of the best, but reality smacked me hard when I found out, that all men have some kind of issue and I don't really believe there is a perfect man, or woman, but there is a perfect person out there for us! I'm still happy, but struggling a little, and the info Cinderella posted is very helpful, but I did find that when you aren't looking, he just might find you!

We all have an issue? Hmmm a back issue, maybe? ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/grin.gif) I'm not getting any more issues, cause I let my subscription expire ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)
Sorry my endorphin rush still has me buzzing ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)
There was a song that always made me think of my STBX. It was "Close enough to perfect". The lyric "...she's close enough to perfect, for me..." always stuck with me. If I ever find that special girl, again, I know she won't be perfect and she'll know I'm not either. But if we can be close enough to suit each other, it could be awfully special.
"Even though you know your're not perfect and never can be, that's no excuse not to keep trying...."
------------------
nick
it's only time that heals the pain
and makes the sun come out again

Cinderella,
Once you have invited him inside, and have made him feel comfortable, run upstairs quickly, grab your one glass slipper, and hobble across the room in front of him with
it on one foot.
You want to be subtle, yet humorous.

But what if I'm not paying good attention and don't recognize him? That could happen. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/confused.gif)
I was wrong once before. And I don't ever want to be hurt that way again.
Besides, I'm not sure where I put that one glass slipper. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/confused.gif) Why would I have kept just one?.
