Its been 4 weeks since she told me she did not love me any more and throw me out. There is no one else and we have 6 kids.We did not talk much and it came as a shock to me,when she told me to leave.I still love her with all my heart and she just will not talk to me about it.I feel so alone and hurt by it all.I have been told to give it time, but its killing me, am in a mess. Cannot sleep ,cannot get on with my life, until i know for sure that it is over. Why can she not talk to me about it,we have been together for 12 years,so it came as a shock to me when she told me to leave. Why will she not try to save our marriage and talk to me.Why do i feelso bad,she told me it was not me,she knows that i love her so much it hurts,so why will she not talk to me,i was told to give her time and i did,i know the longer we are a part the less chance we have of getting back together. help

madninja,
I am sorry to hear about your pain. Your situation is very similar to mine. It has been about 8 weeks for me, and I am now starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Take solice in the fact that it will get better. Time does eventually help heal your wounds.
If you still think there is a chance for reconciliation, then get into Plan A right away. Start making the changes in your self. Try to force yourself to eat, and exercise helps with the anxiety. You might even think about seeing a doctor for some medication. I am not a big advocate of medication, but it has helped me tremendously. Also, if you can, try to get into counceling with the Harleys.
It will eventually be brought up here, so I might as well be the one to bring it up (Sorry AGG [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]). The way that your wife is acting, and the things that she is saying to you, might indicate that there is somebody else. I know this is hard to believe, but I did not want to believe it either. We had been together for 9 years. I got the "I Love you, but I am not in Love with you anymore" speech. I also was told that I was "too little, too late" with my changes. She wanted space. I eventually found out that she was in a full fledged EA, that progressed into a PA. She is currently living with the OM. This might not be the case with you, but it might be something that you might want to look into.
And not to preach to you, but allow God to help you with your pain. He is there for you, and will help you every step of the way. You just need to believe, and ask.
Use this forum often to vent. There are a lot of good people here. They have helped me a great deal. This is a wonderful place to get input, or just to get some insight. Again, I am sorry for your pain. I know what you are going through.
Griz
------------------
Sometimes the hardest journeys in life are not the ones you embark on alone, but those that you choose to travel together.
[This message has been edited by Griz (edited April 21, 2001).]
