he has been calmer. I had said its only been a short while & I need time.
Is all this pain & separation just a test to see if I would leave him, file for divorce, have an affair etc? What is he thinking?? I would never do such a thing & he can tear the house from top to bottom & will find nothing.
I feel like Belushi in the animal house movie when he had the angel on one shoulder & the devil on the other. Only my battle is in my brain! (imagining/misjudging or truth). Someone stop the rollercoaster & let us off together!!
[This message has been edited by cantletgo (edited May 30, 2001).]

I don't know if its a test, I can't really make an opinion on it, but I do know that in the times I have been cheated on, that person spent way more time trying to prove I was cheating, to take attention off THEM cheating. Now I have NEVER cheated on anyone in my life, but I was so busy defending myself I ignored the obvious. Just something I noticed in my own life.
All married people, and all couples for that matter have fights. It depends on how you communicate though. My exH and I had horrible yelling fights. The person I date now, speaks to me calmly and we've never had a fight, and one disagreement, which was still done with much communication.
I think its good to learn the right way to communicate either way at this point with your H. There have been some good posts by Bramble Rose about this.
Good luck, Dana
