The company is a slow moving one...
...they gave me a second interview Wednesday...
...then gave me the offer letter Thursday AM.
I am anxious to start...
...9 AM tomorrow... with a "general orientation".
An interesting point...
Tomorrow would have been the 13th anniversary of my marriage...
...now... it really is a "new start"!
It's just one block away from the Livingston Mall...
...I guess there might be some day I see your H there...
...although I wouldn't know what he looks like.
My mom is pushing herself on me to help with my kids (younger 2 are 9 and 12 yo)...
...both fairly mature... thank God.
For a while I'll be gracious with her help...
...I love her... and she has been a great help as well as my whole family!
So this is single parenthood...
...with work thrown in...
...
...I'll be doing some heavy doing praying.
I hope your situation turns around for the better...
...I think for many (not all) it does...
...my prayers go out for those that have a real hard struggle.
[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Jim

OvrCs...
...it will take some adjusting with the kids...
During the last 2 weeks of school... my mom is coming over to take care of them, unitl I get home...
Then... during the summer...
My daugther will have dance camp through July... and her mom is taking her & son for their "extended parenting time".
My son... (12 yo) will be spending more time with his cousins in July (my sister is just incredible about this)...
And then there are just a couple of weeks in August where my mom and my sister and xW's mom will help... whenever.
When school starts up again...
...they may have to move to being latch-key kids...
Oh yes...
...my stepson (who lives with me... he'll be 19yo in a month)... will be in and out to also be "there" for them.
It's still going to be quite a challenge and adjustment for everyone.
BR...
...I got back to you via e-mail.
Oh yes...
...the job is a "programmer/analyst" position...
...something I am very good at.
[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Jim
[This message has been edited by NSR (edited June 03, 2001).]

Okay you two... we're going to have to keep an eye on you! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
I can't believe how close you guys are! It's so funny, I was in the grocery store the other night when I walked past some guy who was looking for something. We gave each other a double take... as if we might know each other. My mind went immediately to wondering if he was one of these personalities posting on this board! Strange where my head goes sometimes...
Anyway, small world, eh?
Cheers!
------------------
We cannot do everything at once... but we can do something at once
