we have joint custody-me(mom)=primary; father is supposed to see kids every other weekend and wed night=1 hour; can he be allowed to come to our home and see the kids every day?

Absolutely.<P>You two can work out any visitation schedule you like. It is encouraged to better benefit the children. The EOW and Wed night visitation schedule is only a fallback in case problems arise. You can allow him additional time. You just can not stop him from getting the minimum visiation which is in the divorce decree.<P>Kevin

We've worked out EOW with joint custody, but still flex to meet scheduling requirements. <P>The kids need time with both parents, regardless. remeber, it's about what's best for the kids...<P>------------------<BR>nick<P>it's only time that heals the pain <BR>and makes the sun come out again
