Here's a little back ground-I've been posting since Novemebr but had to change my username . My court dat is Monday. Right now I am getting nasty notes from OW. I am not having ANY contact with stbx H, bot OW keeps sending notes pertaing to our business matters before the divorce. I do not want to write her back or add any fuel to the fire. I try my best to ignore the cruel remarks and handle the business pertaing to the divorce. What gets me is stbx H does not write the notes or handle the matters at hand she does and adds snide remarks!!!! Anyone else have or as had this to content with???? How do you handle it????

Save all the correspondence and hand it all over to your attorney ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)
Use it in court? Probably not. But it gives your attorney some idea of what is going on - and who knows, you might be able to get the court to order her to stop.
My attorney is sitting on a huge pile of correspondence btwn my H and his OW discussing our divorce. In fact, she outlined for my H exactly how to approach it all....something my attorney found quite useful ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)

White Dove,
BR is right on the money with this one. But I'd recommend you take it a step further. Don't even bother to open and read those notes, send them right to your lawyer and let him deal with the issue.
What ever problems your STBX thinks need to be addressed for business reasons are normally communicated through you lawyers. A simple letter from your lawyer may put a stop to this nonsense.
Prayers and stuff,
Bumper

Don't know what state you're in, but here in Texas, I've seen (in the legal's section) that say - contact... written, by phone, emailed or in person would be construed as harrassment and charges will be filed, etc...
Check with your attorney about this, but the public humiliation itself might bring her to heel.
Hope for the best for you.
