I'm in the final running for a 2 month gig in NYC. I would have to be there Tuesday. <P>I haven't been to NYC in 25YRs. Anybody know of a good bar in NYC? How to get around? <P>Tex.<P>P.S. This should be interesting.. Cowboy boots in NYC.. I don't plan to take the hat.

Hi Tex,<P>What part of Texas are you from? I am from Central Texas the hill country but went to Texas Tech. <P>I just got back from NYC. Believe it or not there are some Texas style BBQ places. One called Texas and another named Dallas. You could give them a try. Texas is off of Bradway and 49th street. Well in that area. I can not remember now where Dallas was. If you want other ideas give me an idea what you want. I could give you a few more places but I think they might be a bit too off for you.
