I'm new to this site and need some help. My h moved out 7 months ago and moved in with his girlfriend. He wants and divorce. He says loves her not me. He wants our children to accept her. He does not see his children much and will not even talk to me. I still hope that he will change his mind and come home. What should I do? He had an affair with the ow for a year before he moved in with her. I didn't know anything about the affair or her until 4months ago. Children are devasted and confused. H is angry and wants out of marriage. He said he filed but I have not received papers. What to do?

First off, so sorry to hear your story. I too am going through a divorce that I never and still don't want.
How long ago did he say he filed?
How old are your children?
How long you been married?
If in fact he has filed, you need to got an atty ASAP. Other than that, go through this site and read and read. Ask questions but try to give all the information.
Most importantly, take care of yourself and your children. Make sure you stay healthy. I know what it's like to not feel like eating I lost 50 pounds +/-.
There are a lot of great people here. It's a sad place to have to come to but it's great for support.

------------------
Love, Bill
-There are none so blind as those who refuse to see!-
-Stand up and do the right thing, even if your standing alone.-
