Started a new topic as I didn't think everyone would be so interested in "rescuing monkeys" this evening. <P>Well, I was wrong about Tiny. She is actually trapped under frozen water in Angry Aztec. As Diddy, enter the first temple, pound the diddy switch and climb the platforms. at the top blast the peanut switch and cross to guitar pad, which opens the roof and melts the ice. Swim underwater to where Tiny is. There is a puzzle K-O-N-G, chimpy charge in that order and She will be free.<P>I was right about Chunky. He is in Frantic Factory and Lanky has to free him. Go to machine room, pound switch and Orangestand up the pipe. Simian-Slam the switch up there and Chunky will be free.<P>I will be glad to help with anything else. If any of the above is greek to you or Sam, let me know. I have the trusty DK book out and will check in with you from time to time. <P>Good luck. You didn't spoil anything. I agree completely that we are working towards a positive outcome and not revenge. I'm just glad there are others out there who get it. Everyday, I hear how I need to force him to do this or how he is just using me and having it so easy. What harm does it do for me to believe he might have actually meant it this AM when he said Love Ya, Bye? Some of my co-workers think he could just be playing games with me. Even if he is, it sure did feel good to hear those words again. I was hoping he would come by or call tonight as the kids are away at Nana's. Didn't happen. Another strange thing happened tonight besides finding the Boundaries books someone mentioned in my kitchen junk cabinet. I was sitting at the table(flipping thru the DK book) crying my eyes out over Trisha Yearwood's version of "How can I live without you?" and happened to look up and noticed another piece of paper on the table. Under the picture, it said "I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee" Hebrews 13:5. I suppose I got my answer... Have a great night. I'm dying to go play some Nintendo for some reason????? L

That is amazing! Wow, I'm impressed...I was going to come in and tell you about the little miracle you caused here, and you give me that! Whoah...I also had the opportunity to wave at my XW as we passed on the road this morning. I have felt very tired, and a little exasperated today, but I'm not blind! PTL!<P>Sam was having some difficulty locating Tiny, so I tried...never played DK...swimming is HARD! I was trying to get in that little door...no way. He went the other way, and I said...look all around...then I tried, and gfound the other passageway coming back...he went in, and there she was! After he freed her, he kept saying, Dad you are so smart...no you are the smartest, best Dad ever....he went on for 10 minutes, and I was ready to cry, and say, if I'm so smart, then why is mom gone? BUT...I remembered my lesson about not letting my tongue control me...so I just said thanks, Sam. He was pleased to get a chance to use her...he's been trying for two weeks with no success. Then, he was having trouble in that race with the beetle, and I ekpt telling him, change something, anything. He did, and made it almost all the way through. I was impressed watching him solve his problem. I didn't mind him playing in that case. That is one reason that I like DK...no real violence, and it is an obvious fantasy, unlike some of the other games, which feature human to human violence, and guns.<P>I am very tired...it was nice to get a sort of reverse positive spin on today. Thank you again...this has helped in many ways...you don't know how much this meant to me, and a little boy who is having a hard time dealing with divorce. God bless you! -Mike

Okay, Sam's going to Mom's today, but he can't 'find' the 'Frantic Factory'.<P>I never replied about a thing you said ^ that concerns me. The phrase 'playing games'...man, that burns me up! I think it is because I realize where it comes from. Please don't get 'into that'...since we are talking about <I>actual</I> games, here. Human interaction contains a lot...but to reduce it to a game is oversimplifying it, and leads to giving up...forfeiting. Not good. The devil is crafty, and comes to you in the guise of a 'concerned friend', or 'someone (usually opposite sex) who understands'. Please be careful, okay? I am trying to be careful, too. I post a lot to women here because they usually don't have the anger/despair that men have, but there are many men here that I feel 'simpatico' with.
