I be seperated since 7 month.My H and I have two Kids.We shared things and we made our own agreements with the time he comes to see the Kids and with everything else.We both want the divorce asap.<P>Does anyone know if I have to contact a lawyer to go through a divorce or can we do it without a lawyer ?<P>andy2905

You can get a divorce without lawyers, and save a lot of money, and heartache in the bargain. There are Internet resources, and your local library, and bookstores have the information that you are seeking. A No-Fault Divorce kit costs less than $30 from LegalKits, and the process is not too complicated. -Mike

If there are no complications, you can get by without one. I can't imagine that there will be no complications. Even if there aren't, attorneys almost always leave fewer loose ends, if they leave any at all ... and every loose end has the potential to create heartache later.
