Just a quick update:
I've met my new co-workers ---- they're a group of rowdy ladies. A little on the crass side; the nether-world of teachers (got to have a release-valve somewhere). I still have to meet the one male co-worker.....and we're feeling a little bit sorry for him, having to put up with us females....and he'll be the youngest of us.
But overall I feel like I'm in good hands.
I get my daughter back tomorrow morning!!!! Yea! She's been wanting to come home. She'll also start at her new daycare tomorrow morning. I'm happy that the first few weeks that she's there she'll be with a lady who is an old friend of my mother's.
Stbx had his deposition. It lasted all of just over an hour. Then they ended his and cancelled mine.
There is no longer a custody battle!!!! I've got my baby girl!
Dad is asking for liberal visitation. My attorney is talking about moving dates around so that he gets her for longer blocks at a time.
His 'friends' are still a point of issue. I don't know what I'm going to be able to do about that.....but I'm working on it. All I can really say is that I don't want my daughter being taken around them. They aren't good people.
Otherwise, x won't get anything but what he already has (although I'm expecting him to ask for some things --- and I'm more than willing for him to take them).

Socially, I've been going to the singles Bible studies. And just taking care of myself in general.
That's about it.
I've gotten access today via my mother's computer. I should get an account up and running within the next couple of weeks.
Talk to you then,
~Amy
