I was reading about psychiatrist or friends who help you role-play when you are trying to learn to deal with difficult people. Has anyone had any experience with this?<P>Anne

<P>I have never done this, but I have heard that if you put yourself in the other person shoes and try to see things the way they do it helps you to get a different perspective on things
