Been thinking about this tonight...<P>My H and I got married in Jamaica, West Indies. He now lives in TX and I'm in NC (at the moment). Neither of us can file due to residency issues (and my not willing to do so anyway).<P>Does anyone have any idea if getting married in Jamaica (or other country) will change the divorce process? Where do I find info on this? I've looked on Jamaican govt. website, but much of it is down (probably due to storm).<P>Just something I was thinking about, perhaps with hopes of it making it really difficult for H to file.<P>Any info would be great. Thanks
