I received the divorce papers from my wife on Saturday. Felt kind of ill all weekend and called in sick on Monday. The funny thing about the whole thing is that she says that she needs time to heal and the documents were mailed from the OM's hometown. Oh well, guess that it is time to move on with my life. I will never forget the good times that we had and the lessons to be learned from the difficult times. I wish the rest of you on this board better luck with your spouses. It has been great knowing you all.

I agree you still need people to help you through the rest of this. I am sorry that you are going through any of this. I do not wish this upon anyone. It is the most difficult and traumatic thing I have ever been through. They say divorce and death are the two hardest things in life to ever go through.
So do not leave this place. Stick around and offer support when you can and get support when you need to.
Take care hope to hear from you soon.
K
