I have never posted here before. I have been posting in general questions for 6 months now, trying to save my M while my H lives with another woman. I recently went into plan B-hadn't seen him for a month, but ended up spending a day with him looking at houses just a few days ago..
I had called to ask him if he could help set me up in a home that I could meet the payments on my own with.I need his help to qualify. He decided to go house shopping that very same day with me and seemed interested in the houses he might like to live in. I have been hoping he'll move back home all this time. I haven't heard from him since and I haven't tried to contact him.
What I'm wondering is...I have the feeling he'll sit on the fence forever, so I'm wondering about D now. Do things become easier once you've filed for D? Is it easier to move on with your life? I'm so stuck, I can't take the stress anymore.

I am of the opinion if you don't have other man or aren't planning on marrying right away then why divorce let him take all the steps, this way you keep insurance and any other benifits that you get from him, also the OW will start to wonder when he is going to divorce. For me she filed and divorced me. I didn't want it but it did allow me to move on easier once i started getting over the shock and pain, i knew where i sttod with her. but I would have waited her out if she didn't file. be patient and work on yourself do not ruch anything and see what happens. you will know when the time is right for you to file.

That's what I thought. I suppose the fact that you are divorced or divorcing doesn't make it any easier to move on than if you weren't? Thanks.
