Sing, thank you fo thinking of me. I hope my mum will spoil me...I need some attention.<P>We are flying Singapore airlines, and I believe they have individual tv's. They did last time, and it was wonderful. The kids were happy.<P>Just getting thru the day. I have wanted to cry, but I have been too busy finishing the kids at their schools, packing and stuff, so maybe I will have a ggod cry tonight....when I say goodbye to you guys for a couple of days.

Hope you are still there. PLease have a safe trip! will will all be thinking of you and praying for you. <P>Keep up the meditation and get strong physically and mentally. I am going to post a new topic tonight but reply here, I will be looking out for it.<P>I have been trying to meditate, but with all the turmoil in my mind at the moment, I just can't get deep enough. Instead, yesterday, I had a talk with the arch-angels, guardians, spirit guides and God. It was nice and I felt more at peace. I asked them to open my h's heart to me again. I know at the moment it is a big request!!!! Still, I notice here that faith keeps many people going, and I need SOMETHING to keep me going right now.<P>How are things with you...you haven't said much lately. Taking baby steps ya know.<P>When you get home do you have access to a store that sells candles of the 5 elements (Earth, fire, water, wood, and metal)? If so please go buy them. I will try to scan the proceedure for you on lighting them. It will help clear your mind and help you meditate. They can also be used to call on the arch angels, your guides and guardian angel.
