Remember that perfect job?
Well, they still haven't filled the positions.
But - and don't we hate it when there is a but - there's a problem. [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
I have done this job - I have 5 years doing this job and they're only calling for 3 - and I have 11`in the field. However, I've done the SAHM thing for 10 years.
They're only sending up the resumes of the people with more current experience.
So, does this smack of EEOC violation or not? I don't even want to go there. But I am so mad. [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Now, I have to find a polite way to get around the person who interviewed me. And the words "sending up the ones with more recent experience" are straight from her mouth. I understand, in part, but we are not talking about a technological field. We're talking about evaluating employment applications.
So, I'm volunteering this information because I don't like the current situation. And until I get a better game plan, everyone is urged to pray about this. Please.
I can only work on my stuff. I need more prayers for the employer. And God knows the whole story already. But, please, if you are a person who prays, I'll take all the prayers I can get on this matter.
Thanks!
Jane-Elise
