Of course my WS, like everyone else's here, is in a fog. I want to help her as much as this site and everyone else here has helped me to see my situation/feelings/emotions are common for the situation. Does anyone know of a good source of information to help my WS. She is so confused and she wants help but I don't even know where to begin. There seems to be a lot of support out there for us but not that much for a WS. Can anyone help?

Hi I'm new to this to. You start to pick up on everything after awhile. The one thing I've learned here is to not be afraid to ask ANYTHING. Take care

Pick up Harley's book 'Surviving An Affair'. Good read for both WS and BS.

Goodguy,
Wow, i am just amazed by your kindness. Your wife cheated and you want to get her help. Well i don't mean to say this is a cruel way, but in a "I have a total respect for you way". Also, I have to say it sounds like something I would do. hehehe
Anyway, you may have already been there but on MB it has a question and answer page and I do remember seeing something relating to topics for the wayward spouse. Since it didn't pertain to me i don't remember much about it but at least it should be a start for her.
Good luck!
ANNA
