<BR>My stbx is avoiding the subject all together of signing the papers..He wants this divorce so bad.Well why won't he sign the papers then??..Is it because of guilt?..He also avoids asking me directly about our baby he is having me get a paternity test, i never ever gave him any reason to believe i had an affair and never wanted to..Shouldn't i feel insulted for him asking me to get this done??Help..My situation is in the post "Sign the Papers"

As for the avoidance, I answered that in another of your posts this morning.<P>The paternity test, geez I don't know. It could be his way of dealing with guilt hoping that he'll find out that you screwed up too will not make him feel like such a loser.
